Integrico ICT (Pty) LTD is a 100% Black African Female owned, a BBBEE level 1 contributor. It is a subsidiary of Integrico Facilities Management. As an Information and communications technology (ICT) it stresses the role of unified communications and the integration of telecommunications (telephone lines and wireless signals) and computers, as well as necessary enterprise software, middleware, storage, and audio-visual systems, that enable clients users to access, store, transmit, and manipulate information. Its delivery model involves partnering with industry disruptors in the 4IR realm.

- Mr Ngobeni Boy, joined the company in 2020. He boosts a 30 year experience in the Public Service, 20 years of which was in senior management and 10 years as DG of Gauteng Education, DG Sports, Arts, Culture and Sports, and Gauteng Department of egovernment,
- Mr Ngobeni was founding DG of egovernment, and successfully implemented the digital agenda in the Gauteng Provincial Government
